ice water was nice and fresh when taken after meals. but it was not for the people in mainland china and japan. they prefer to drink hot water while eating. and apparently drinking ice water after eating, can be fatal. ice water will solidify the oily stuff that we just ate. he will slow down our digestive process. when these fats are formed in the gut, it will narrow the many channels and over time causes fat to gather more overweight people. from where the disease began to attack, including heart disease are feared by many people
